Emma Roberts has a natural affinity with horses having been a horse owner most of her life and has competed in most equestrian disciplines in her youth. Emma regularly treats rescue animals and offers any genuine rescue animals first session at a heavily discounted rate. She has been actively involved in Charity work throughout her career.Many of Emma's clients refer to her as being a horse whisperer as she can safely treat horses that other therapists can't get near to.
Emma is also experienced in teaching mounted pilates riding lessons for core muscle development, rehabilitating for example after suspensory ligament or spinal surgery or joint injections post surgically to help overcome postural compensations, and improve straightness/symmetry.
EMMA HAS OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE SOLVING MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN SYMPTOMS VIA MASSAGE, MANIPULATION AND HEALING IN BOTH PEOPLE AND ANIMALS AND BEGAN TRAINING FOR A HUMAN CHIROPRACTIC DIPLOMA OR DC FROM 1992 TO 1996. SHE TRAINED FOR A DIPLOMA IN ANIMAL CHIROPRACTIC FROM 1996 TO 1998. OBTAINING A DEGREE OR BSc IN CHIROPRACTIC IN 2000. This is not an exhaustive list of qualifications as all GCC registered UK Chiropractors undergo CPD courses to train in further soft tissue techniques annually.
She regularly treats groups of 2-6 of horses in the Oxon/Hants/Surrey/Bucks/Berks/Sussex area's.She also treats the riders and their dogs whilst visiting farms. Visits are available nationwide as group bookings and Emma Roberts Chiropractor even travels Internationally treating both horses, dogs and their owners.
